Thank you for using the WibxCo Platform! This application and its content are controlled and operated by STAMPS Soluções Tecnológicas Aplicáveis a Mídias e Produtos Sociais. These Terms of Use define the rules for use of the platform by the user, without prejudice to applicable law.

Wibx is a digital engagement platform that rewards voluntary actions with utility tokens inside the ecosystem. The WIBX token is not an investment, does not offer financial return and does not represent a security.

Prior information to the user

  • The WibxCo Platform offers consumer engagement, activation and loyalty actions, connecting brands and consumers with WIBX rewards.
  • WIBX is a utility token exchanged for products and services on the platform and may be received as a reward for digital engagement.
  • WIBX Wallet is the User’s virtual wallet with movement history and statements.
  • The platform is not an exchange and is not responsible for the destination of assets.
  • By proceeding, the User acknowledges the risks of operations with digital assets.

What is the WibxCo Platform?

  • Tools for advertisers to create engagement campaigns and manage rewards through Wallet.
  • Integrated digital ecosystem for engagement, activation and loyalty with AI and Ethereum blockchain.
  • WIBX Wallet stores tokens and allows exchange for products, goods and services.

How do I access the WibxCo Platform?

  • Individual or legal-entity registration with data according to the Privacy Policy.
  • Minimum age 16; between 16 and 18, registration assisted by a legal guardian.
  • Account is personal and non-transferable.
  • Keep data updated and credentials secure.

Payments on the WibxCo Platform

  • WIBX rewards occur inside the application according to advertiser configuration.
  • Prices in WIBX are final and non-refundable.
  • Delivery, return and withdrawal are handled directly with the advertiser.
  • If the platform is discontinued, there will be 6 months to use the balance.

WIBX Wallets

  • Transaction fee between users: 3.5% retained in WIBX.
  • Wallet cancellation requires zero balance.
  • Atypical transactions may suspend the Wallet for investigation.
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible.

Rights of the WibxCo Platform

All rights related to the Platform and its Content are exclusive to WibxCo and protected by intellectual property law.

Intellectual property over software and materials

  • WibxCo retains all rights over the service and content made available.
  • The user does not acquire ownership rights except when expressly provided.
  • It is prohibited to create competing services based on platform content.

Responsibilities of the user and the platform

  • You are responsible for use of the platform and for compliance with the Terms and applicable law.
  • WibxCo is not liable for indirect damages arising from the relationship between user and advertiser.
  • There is no liability for interruptions, failures or third-party links.
  • The user must keep their device secure.

Content produced by users

  • Illegal, offensive content or content that violates third-party rights is prohibited.
  • User content remains the user’s property, but is licensed to WibxCo.
  • WibxCo may suspend display of content at any time.

Final provisions

  • These Terms may be changed upon communication to the user.
  • In case of conflicting provisions, the most recent terms prevail.
  • Law and forum: Federative Republic of Brazil and District Court of São José dos Campos/SP.
